I own a PC that has been running for almost four years before I switched to the mac. Nowadays i use the PC as a mediaserver and backup system. Last week something strange happened: After 5 minutes of work the PC made a complete freeze and i had to reset. After a few tryouts with the same results i shut it down completely. Two days later i tried it again and got serious gaphics errors. Okay, bad luck I thought, the PC jacked up.

And now comes what I cannot explain:
As I entered the livingroom yesterday morning, the fucking computer was working – completely stable to my suprise. And I definately did not switch it on myself. for some reason it did it all by itself. Anyone got an explaination?

    Uuuuhhh! Scary! hast du am wochenende south park geguckt?
    oder schau doch einfach die terminator reihe. dort wird hinlänglich auf die gefahren von sich selbständig machenden maschinen hingewiesen :-)
