Reinstalled my webcam. This’ll be sheer blogging ;)
If anyone has a good wordaround for automatic image updating please let me know. I did it with an iframe because I don’t want to use javascript.
Just received my copy of iWork. I think the software definately rocks. Importing from M$ documents and exporting to M$, PDF and SWF formats just work fine, interconnection with iLife is great. Although iWork does not contain a powerful calculation software it is no matter. If you do not work with it anyway. Usability is beautiful, just as expected.
I will do my CV with pages and export it to a shockwave presentation with keynote.
Today I signed in for tickes for FIFA Soccer World Championships 2006 in Germany. As expected, tickets will be very rare but expensive. Let’s see whether I am lucky…
Today I learned about supercavitation, a technology the allows objects to be moved under water super fast. It is absolutely amazing! The object is embedded in a gas-bubble which minimizes friction. Therefore it can be accelerated to appr. 5000 km per hour.
Keep in mind: Under surface! Supercavitation technology is available on small projectiles yet and will be enhanced to torpedos and submarines.
